BOOKING POLICIES, PROCEDURES TERMS & CONDITIONS
By Booking and attending to your appointment you agree to the following policies, procedures terms and conditions.
Appointments
> You can now book online with us at anytime, we will confirm your appointment when we receive it.
> We suggest that you create your account with us to provide a seamless transaction every time.
> A reminder message of your appointment will be sent via SMS. We ask that you please respond to this on the day that you receive it to confirm your slot.
> A minimal amount of Ph 150.00 as reservation fee is required to secure or block your booking via online.
> This reservation fee is non-refundable but deductible to the total grooming services availed and is subject to the terms of our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
Cancellations or Rescheduling
> You can ask to change the date of your appointment 1 (one) day before your booked date just call our staff thru CP Nos.: 0961-4700619 or 0956-6584432. You are entitled for a one (1) time cancellation and rescheduling.
> This is the only time allowed for us to effect the changes to your next chosen date of appointment.
> Reservation fee shall then be forfeited if you will not able to attend and no show in your booked date.
> Please be noted that any rescheduling of appointments cannot be processed via our online booking system by you. Let our staff be notified so they can assist you promptly.
> Every online booking will be taken as a new appointment and any prior scheduled appointments not attended will be strictly subject to the terms of our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
> On the day of the appointment, if you are running late, we ask that you please advise us via a phone call. If you come more than 15 minutes late this impacts the entire day.
> If we have not been advised before the grace period of 15 minutes your appointment is automatically cancelled and next scheduled appointment or booking shall be our priority.
